2024 'Fever' Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc

Farmed by Brendan Cameron, Adelaide Hills & Fiona Wood, McLaren Vale

Cranberry

Characteristically pinot with a herbaceous savoury twist. On the nose you’ll be forgiven for reminiscing simpler days - picture yourself in the early 2000s, not a care in the world, just a Dr Pepper in one-hand and Britney playing on your walkman in the other. On the palate the bright juicy fruits pop and linger just like the cranberries - R.I.P. Dolores.

Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc were 100% destemmed and fermented in seperate open-top stainless steel fermenters. Once pressed and settled they were aged on fine lees in seasoned French barriques and hogs heads. The assemblage took place in January of 2025 with the direction to create a bistro style red wine - best served with Pasta of course!
